JDSR

The JDSR1000 supports precision machining and complex machining processes for medium-to-large workpieces.
It is suitable for five-axis machining of medium-to-large mold parts, housings, impellers, blisks, casings, frames, and other parts. It supports a variety of complex machining processes, including milling, boring, drilling, tapping, and reaming. Key features can be machined with micron-level accuracy, and the maximum workpiece load capacity is 1500 kg.

1.It features a swing-head structure and a rotary table, with a maximum load of 1500kg and a maximum workpiece size of 1000x700mm, enabling five-axis machining of medium-to-large workpieces.
2.The optional JD200SSC-15-HT63 electric spindle with a hollow water outlet supports HSK-A63 toolholders and is capable of complex machining operations such as drilling, milling, boring, reaming, and tapping.
3.It is equipped with a chain-type tool magazine with a capacity of 68 tools, meeting the needs of a variety of tool types.
4.It is equipped with the Beijing Jingdiao on-machine inspection system, which performs on-machine inspection and correction of workpiece, tool, and fixture conditions, minimizing the impact of inherent deviations on part accuracy.
5.It is equipped with a scraper chip removal and filtration system and an in-machine spray system for rapid chip removal.

2.The machine's top is designed to open, facilitating the use of an overhead crane for loading and unloading heavy workpieces.
